KIWIFOTOS BT-UN2L WHITE Bedside Shelf is designed to make a great alternative to nightstand, expanding bedside space for individual looking for an attached shelf side table. It is compatible with various flat-based beds such as platform beds, box spring beds, storage beds, and beds with slatted frames, providing easy access to items like glasses, headphones, cups, phones, tablets, laptops, and books or magazines. (The weight capacity may vary depending on the thickness of the mattress.)
The shelf consists chiefly of two parts: a rectangular bedside tray and a set of detachable handles.
The rectangular bedside tray, made of premium ABS material and measuring 12.91"(L) x 9.25"(W) x 1.18"(H), features durability and sturdiness; Four corners of the tray apply rounded design to reduce the risk of accidental collision and thus improving safety; Raised edges can prevent items from slipping off. In the middle of the tray is a long slot which can act as a phone/ tablet holder, freeing your hands while you are watching TV series or other videos; At the bottom of the slot are cable openings of different widths which can not only facilitate external power supply or wired headsets for mobile phones/ tablets, but also play a simple storage and finishing role by placing the cable connector at the narrow opening when the cable is not in use. Round cup holder slot on the upright facilitates a more stable placement of cups with the bottom diameter of 3.15" to prevent the cups from slipping or falling over.
The Z-shape tray handles are made of iron material, stable and not easy to deform. They are attached to the tray by using four screws, which results in convenient attachment& detachment and enhanced overall stability. The bedside shelf holds up to 6.6 lbs/ 3 kg of weight. Installation to the bed is simply completed by putting the handles along the internal bed frame and fixing by the weight of your mattress, totally free from drilling holes, and you can adjust the place of installation according to practical needs. Besides, two straight connection bars can be added onto the handles to make sure the bed frame supports the handles stably.
